Program Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits

Role Overview:
Seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional to manage youth wrestling and academic programs across multiple school sites. This role involves coordinating staff, tracking outcomes, building relationships, and helping expand impact citywide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of wrestling and academic programs
  • Supervise instructors and site staff
  • Track attendance, engagement, and student outcomes
  • Support event planning and strategic growth

Wrestling Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Baltimore City Schools & Community Sites
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Role Overview:
Looking for passionate individuals with a background in wrestling and a heart for youth development. Instructors lead engaging, skill-based sessions for students in grades 3–8 and play a key role in helping students build discipline, self-confidence, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead wrestling classes and practices at school and community sites
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment for all participants
  • Support tournaments, matches, and enrichment activities
  • Serve as a mentor and role model

Volunteers – Coaches, Tutors & Event Support

Location: School Sites and Events (Flexible)
Commitment: 2–4 hours/week or per event

Overview:
Volunteers help deliver powerful experiences for youth both on and off the mat. Whether assisting with practices, providing academic support, or helping at tournaments, volunteers are an essential part of the team.
