Seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional to manage youth wrestling and academic programs across multiple school sites. This role involves coordinating staff, tracking outcomes, building relationships, and helping expand impact citywide.

Oversee day-to-day operations of wrestling and academic programs
Supervise instructors and site staff
Track attendance, engagement, and student outcomes
Support event planning and strategic growth

Wrestling Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Baltimore City Schools & Community Sites

Role Overview:
Looking for passionate individuals with a background in wrestling and a heart for youth development. Instructors lead engaging, skill-based sessions for students in grades 3–8 and play a key role in helping students build discipline, self-confidence, and teamwork.

Lead wrestling classes and practices at school and community sites
Create a safe, inclusive environment for all participants
Support tournaments, matches, and enrichment activities
